The firm builds on professional experience that began in December 2015 under the name Nizam & Co., before transitioning to Abrar Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. in early 2021.

The business commenced under the name Nizam & Co., registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). The initial office was located at Dataran Palma, Ampang, Selangor, before relocating to Jalan Excella 1, off Jalan Ampang Putra, Kuala Lumpur.
The business transitioned to Abrar Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd., registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
Following the relocation of the Founder & Director to Johor, the firm’s principal operating location moved to Johor Bahru. The firm continues to maintain its Selangor business address while serving clients through a flexible and professional service approach.

Ahmad Nizam Samsudin is the Founder & Director of Abrar Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. He has been involved in the professional services industry since 2011, with experience spanning accounting, taxation, external and internal audit, corporate secretarial services, business advisory and corporate governance.
He began his professional practice as Principal of Nizam & Co. in December 2015, following earlier experience in accounting, taxation and audit roles. In January 2021, he became Director of Abrar Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd., where he provides leadership and strategic direction across professional engagements, including financial reporting, tax compliance, business structuring, tax planning and corporate governance.
His professional experience includes serving SMEs and corporate clients, reviewing management accounts and statutory financial statements, advising on business and financial matters, and overseeing statutory and regulatory compliance. He has also been involved in client relationship management, engagement planning, professional fee management and quality control.
